| Call Core is the ReadiDesign solution to the burgeoning international demand for functional, cost-efficient call centers. The CallCore models range in scope from a single-story building with 50,000 SF to an eight-story, 400,000 SF facility, based on a 50,000 SF floorplate. Although CallCore's shell and site requirements are fairly standard, it is the interior space plan and furnishings that reflect the unique corporate culture of a call-center operation.
CallCore models include:
| CallCore/28M - CallCore 28/M, a multi-story call center, is based on a 28,000 SF floor plate. The building can be constructed with between 56,000 SF and 224,000 SF. Ultimately, it can be converted into a traditional office building. |
CallCore/50S - This is a single-story building with 50,000 SF that can be used for a call center today and a traditional office in the future. |
| CallCore/50M - Based on a 50,000 SF floor plate. The multi-story CallCore/50M is designed as a mega call center with between 100,000 SF and 400,000 SF. Its residual use is a traditional office building. |
CallCore/100S - CallCore/100S is a single-story building with 100,000 SF that can be used for today's call center and tomorrow's warehouse/distribution facility. | The ideal call center floor plan is illustrated by this prototype CallCore model.
