The Alter Group is redeveloping 147,500 SF of space in Chicago's legendary Pittsfield Building as luxury residences for students attending downtown colleges and universities. Named Fornelli Hall, this repurposing of a 1927 landmark skyscraper represents The Alter Group's initial student-residence project. The 450-bed residence occupies floors 13 through 21 in the 38-story building at 55 East Washington Street.
